HOW TO: Stop drowning in your team's decisions (without being a bad boss)

STEP 2: Create Micro-Steps to break down the handover:


- Week 1: Just ask "What would you do?" when they bring this decision.

- Week 2: Tell them to proceed if their solution meets basic criteria.

- Week 3: Stop giving opinions on these decisions completely.

- Week 4: Add similar decisions to their "automatic yes" list.


STEP 3: Let It Stack:


- Master one type of decision first.

- Wait until it feels boring.

- Only then add another category.

- Keep building on what works.
